The need for improving the health and safety conditions of operators within the depalletization area of bags.
System designed and engineered in according to the specific requirements of our client, it is able to perfectly depallettizing and emptying paper bags containing pure wood dust. The robot, with the special gripper, is able to depallettize and empty the bags, and then place the empty bag in the container without loss of load, using an innovative mechatronic system of multiple suction cups + claws to anchoring the bags.
The entire system, complete with hopper, flexible cochlea transportation of wood dust and external dedusting filter, is designed to operate in ATEX environment classification.
Improvement of the health and safety conditions of the operators employed in that branch of production, eliminating the manual depalletization process of bags.
